Matera meets Berlino
Two unforgettable days for Matera, in Berlin.
On Saturday April 26th at 4.00 pm, theGerman creative scene will be invited to an extraordinary open-dialogue between Joseph Grima and the great contemporary artist Tomas Saraceno, with
Palo Verri in the role of moderator. A great opportunity to promote in Europe the bid of Matera as ECOC 2019, to which we combine the participation of Matera to the event "Digital Invasions".
The editorial policy of our invasion is linked to the theme of the candidacy: "reflections and connections". Matera 2019 wants to connect itself to the European culture and reaches to the heart of this culture; by reflecting on the meaning of “Culture and Europe” and sharing these considerations with other artists introduced by Tomas Saraceno. The atelier of one of the most famous artists in the world becomes a "doorway" to accompany Matera in the European 2019. The artist’s area becomes a room for collaboration, thus the dissemination of these cultural content takes place in an open form, with photos, tweets, posted on our social network, following the spirit of national event .
Our hashtags will be #invasionidigitali and #materameetsberlino. Everyone is invited to participate, even if you are not in Berlin, by tweeting posts and photos and using the aforementioned hashtags.
