Matera events
From Tuesday 1st of July the “Matera events” programme, published by the Matera 2019 Committee with the aim of promoting on a monthly basis our local cultural, tourist and territorial animation activities, will be distributed across the city and in tourist hospitality facilities.
The first issue on July 2014 will focus on Matera’s patron saint Madonna della Bruna festival and all its event. The programme will be published in Italian and English, thus promoting the many local initiatives among residents and tourists alike.
In this zero issue we delineate with our highlight of events what is happening in Matera but the aim of the next months is to cover all events occurring across our Province and the entire Region too!
Along with the events leaflet, the Matera 2019 Committee is setting up an online platform that will be continuously updated for all who wish to find out present and future events taking place in our region.
At this stage we would like to invite all cultural, sporting and social associations in Basilicata to communicate any event by sending details to our email address: eventi@matera-basilicata 2019.it
Please specify for all events their title, venue, dates, times, organization and phone contacts.
As soon as the platform will be available online, all associations will be able to enter and update autonomously all information pertaining to their own events.
